Copyright Policy
All art is property and copyright of Penelope In My Pocket. When a piece of art is purchased, the client is given the right to display and share the art but does not have rights to copy or reproduce any part of a design without expressed permission from the artist.
Terms of Custom Ordering
It is the responsibility of the client to provide a full and complete list of description and detail for design as well as any photos or links to photos for inclusion in the custom creation. After initial consultation, the artist will confirm the client's requests. After a non-refundable down payment is received, the artist exercises freedom and liberty to create according to her understanding of the wishes of the client but also within her personal artistic style. Penelope In My Pocket's goal is to produce a unique artistic creation for each client. Penelope In My Pocket may or may not submit a preliminary sketch for the client's review. If the client requires a preliminary sketch it will be added into the total price and the sketch will become the property of the client upon payment. When acquiring the custom creative services of Penelope In My Pocket, the client agrees to these terms automatically.
